A World of Fantasy

I had a certain expectation for the life I would live

It was my fantasy

But one day, it was suddenly broken

Like it never existed

However,

I am strong

and have finally learned the proper way to move forward

Even though I should have learned a long time ago

I know now

that's what matters

And just because I understand

does not mean

It hurts any less

That fantasy is long gone

It’s too late

but that doesn’t mean I can’t create a new one
