A recent note from the eldest daughter
This week, the eldest daughter was really eldest daughtering.
How could I not be grateful?
This week, I practiced gratitude with gritted teeth, which is okay. We all have times where we should be feeling one way, but find it hard to bring it to life.
But I’m still grateful, and the fake smile is fading away into one that is very much real :)
