These past few days have been so peaceful. Ramadan Mubarak!

A short thought about how hard it is to carry hope.

I was walking the Williamsburg Bridge, and all I could think of was the quote “all this, and we still met.”

A small thought for this new year.

2026, I can’t wait for you to be here. 

This week, the eldest daughter was really eldest daughtering.

Snow falls, and people fall in love.

The emotions in the eyes don't lie.

This week, I practiced gratitude with gritted teeth, which is okay. We all have times where we should be feeling one way, but find it hard to bring it to life.

But I’m still grateful, and the fake smile is fading away into one that is very much real :)
