Life is but a dream

Dream

“Dream big,” they said.

so i did.

“Don’t pursue that,” they said.

so i didn’t. but then I did.

and again, i didn’t

but then I finally did.

I guess what they meant was

To dream big

…. But, not too big

Because then

you would slip away from them.
