She deserves all the say

I'm not sure what to say

especially since so much has been said before

and I thought about staying silent

but as a woman, I was always taught to be quiet

and keep the peace

but there is no peace

when half of the population gets treated like they do not matter

all I know is that I have never felt this much hurt

over a decision that does not affect me right now

I'm sure one day it will

but all I can think about is my fellow sisters

because they have no control

or say

I cannot comprehend.

how can someone be so cruel to others

and wake up perfectly fine the next day?
