The architecture of it all
(Re)build
Brick by brick
You build me up
You make sure to find me a home
A quiet place for me to settle in
Despite this,
i feel the weight of the world pull you in
which is something you seem to have known
no stone is left unturned with you
Always trying to find a way for dust to shine as bright as marble
People who see my grandeur
May feel intimidated
But others feel at peace
Being lost in a sea of bigness
Eventually people do not like the reminders
that my building gives them
So they tear me down
brick by brick
But amongst the rubble
I find you
And i know you’ll find another home for me
Because you know purpose simply changes form
